    1. Hard Disk Installation Prepare a screwdriver. Take 1U chassis as an example, this series NVR could be installed two hard disks in the chassis, the largest capacity supports to 4TB. Hard Disk Installation Steps: 1. Remove four screws on the side of 2.
  • Page 5 For 4CH/8CH NVR model, the USB ports in front and bottom of the two ports in back(as the structural diagram show above) share the same channel. If you plug two USB devices into these two ports at the same time, they would not function normally.

    4. System Toolbar 4.1 Display Setting Click “Display Setting”icon to bring the menu below. Language: Select the language you need. Then restart the device AutoLogout: System automatically logout and lock time. TV Adjust: Adjust the display position. Display: Set monitor Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Hue and Transparency. Resolution: The default resolution is 1024x768, please select the best resolution according the monitor condition.

  • Page 28 Note: When the NVR is upgrading, DO NOT perform any other operations or power off it, otherwise the NVR will fail to enter the system , and have to be send back to factory for repairing. After upgrading, please reboot the device. Auto Reboot You can disable auto reboot or set auto reboot every day, every week, or once(on specific date).

A –Area is cameras IP address searching area——click Search to get the camera IP addresses in LAN.
  • Page 33 D-Area is camera user name and password filling area——this area is camera network parameter information. Auto Search Right click to select “IP channel Setting” > “Auto”. If the IP camera has private protocol with NVR, NVR will assign IP address to the camera automatically, after finish the searching, it will connect the image automatically.

Preview 5.1 Drag and Drop the Image The preview image location can be drag and drop to different place as necessary, but the channel physical address will keep the same 5.2 Drag to Change Channel Sequence Right click to select “IP Channel Setting” > ”Drag to change channel sequence”, then drag the image, IP camera will reconnect in the new channel, during this process, the image will lost for some while till the image connect sucessfully.
