Why does my phone automatically power off and
restart?
Check that your mobile phone has sufficient battery power. If the battery
power is normal, choose Settings > Phone settings > Auto power on/off
to check the settings.
Why is my phone memory full?
Running applications on your phone consume the memory. You can close
some applications to save your phone memory or restart your phone to
free up memory space.
Why is my phone storage insufficient?
When the phone storage is insufficient, a prompt icon will be displayed on
the notification bar or you will be prompted with text information. In this
case, delete some unused files to free up storage space.
You can also access My files to open any folder and choose Options >
Memory status to check memory status.
Why am I unable to access the Internet, and send
and receive MMS and email?

If you are unable to access the Internet, choose Connectivity >
Network access point to check that the network access point is
consistent with that of the network.

If you are unable to send and receive MMS, choose Messages >
Message settings > Text and picture messaging to check MMS
account settings.
