How do I reassemble the internal components of the fan when I take it apart?

Model CZ121 The motor housing was not attached to the motor. In the Step 3, it shows it on the motor along with the oscillating pin in place.
the housing piece was off the motor, the pin was loose in the housing along with 1 small screw that I have no idea where that's suppose to go. I see how the housing should fit over the motor but there is nothing to keep it in place. please help
