Invert ramp bottom so that flanges face up. Place ramp top
inside the ramp bottom so that the side holes of each are in line.
Be sure to place a washer between the two ramp pieces
to allow hinge to work properly.

Attach the support bars to the underside of the ramp top.
Slide support bar sleeves onto support bars.

Repeat steps 1 thru 5 for second ramp.

Ramp must be able to swivel.
