    OPERATION - Grilling 1. Allow the grill plate to preheat (see ‘Preheating’). 2. If so required, grease the grill plate with a little oil. 3. Place the food you wish to grill on the grill plate. 4. Grill the food until it is cooked. Turn the food over occasionally whilst it is being grilled to ensure that both sides are evenly cooked.
