Menu functions

Memory settings

Use this menu to manage your phone's memory or a
memory card.
Phone memory
(Menu #.*.1)
Use this menu to delete data in the phone's memory
or reset your phone.
Deleting data
You can delete messages, media files, Contacts
entries, Calendar items, and DRM activation keys.
1. On the Phone memory screen, select Clear
memory.
2. Press [Centre] to select the data type you want
and then <OK>.
3. Enter the password and press <Confirm>.
The password is preset to 00000000. You
can change this password.
4. Press <Yes> to confirm the deletion.
Resetting the phone
You can reset the phone to its default settings.
1. On the Phone memory screen, select Master
reset.
2. Enter the password and press <Confirm>.
3. Press <Yes>. The phone automatically turns
itself off and then back on.

Memory card
(Menu #.*.2)
Use this menu to customise settings for using a
memory card. This menu is shown only when a
memory card is inserted into the phone.
Memory card details: check the name of the
memory card and amount of memory being
used.
Format memory card: format the memory
card.
Rename memory card: change the name of
the memory card.
AutoRun activation: set whether or not the
phone automatically runs the Vodafone services
when you insert a memory card into the phone.
Set default memory
Use this menu to select the default memory location
for saving messages and media files received from
other phone or downloaded from the Internet. If you
select Always ask, the phone will ask you to select
a memory location each time you save an item.
Memory status
(Menu #.*.4)
Use this menu to check the amount of memory
being used for storing data, such as Messaging, My
files, Organiser & Tools, and Contacts. You can also
view the amount of shared memory.
