Anti-Seize Compound - Apply a small amount of the supplied Anti-Seize Compound to the aluminum joints and
to the threads of the U-Bolts to prevent galling.
BEFORE INSTALLING YOUR NEW ANTENNA, PLEASE BE SURE
Carefully remove the antenna from shipping container and locate the hardware package.

Straighten any misaligned elements and tighten hardware if necessary.
touch R1, DE or D1, as these have been factory set for minimum SWR.

Insert the U-bolt in the Rear-Mount Bracket. The Bracket can be oriented for horizontal
or vertical polarization. (See figures below.) There are two sets of mounting holes in the rear
boom.
