Problem
The massager does not

Troubleshooting

This chapter summarizes the most common problems you could
encounter with the appliance.
Possible cause
The rechargeable battery
is empty.
The charger is still charging. It takes 4 hours to charge the
The travel lock is active.
The thermal cut-off has
been activated.
The charger is not plugged
in.
You have not placed the
massager on the charger
properly.
This is normal.
The rechargeable battery

You have pressed the mode
selection button or the
decrease button for some
time and switched off the
massager.
When you place the
massager in the charger, it
vibrates for a few seconds to
get into the correct position
for optimal charging.

Solution
Charge the massager (see chapter
'Charging').

the massager has an operating time
of up to 5 hours, depending on

Deactivate the travel lock (see
chapter 'Using the appliance').
Let the appliance cool down to
room temperature before you
continue using it.
Insert the small plug into the
charger and put the adaptor in the
wall outlet.
Place the massager properly on the
charger (see chapter 'Charging').

Charge the massager (see chapter
'Charging').
Press any button to switch on the
massager again.
