    GETTING STARTED Install Location When selecting a location for your unit, ensure the floor is a Grounding Instructions flat, level surface (indoors) and that the room is well ventilated, This appliance must be grounded. This is accomplished by maintaining a temperature between 60.8°F and 90°F. Avoid lo- ensuring the plug is inserted into a properly grounded outlet.

    UNIT OVERVIEW AND FEATURES The images in this instruction manual are for illustrative purposes. The physical appearance and options on your particular model may vary. Carefully remove all packaging material. This includes the foam base and all adhesive tape holding the freezer accessories inside and outside.

    INITIAL OPERATION Instructions in this guide generally apply to both models unless otherwise noted. Clean the unit before first use (see the next section for cleaning instructions). After cleaning, plug the unit into its power source. Do not turn on the unit if it has been moved within the past 2 hours, as the cooling fluid needs time to settle.

You should rest the unit on something solid so that it will not slip during the door reversing process.
  • Page 8 Reverse Door 5. Unscrew and remove the bottom hinge pin, turn the bracket over and replace it. Screw Unscrew 6. Refit the bracket fitting the bottom hinge pin. Replace both adjustable feet. 7. Place the door back on. Ensure the door is aligned horizontally and vertically, so that the seals are closed on all sides before finally tightening the top hinge.

    ADDITIONAL TIPS AND BEST PRACTICES • After purchasing frozen food and bringing it back from the store, place it in the freezer as soon as possible if it is to remain frozen. • Do not overfill the freezer, as this blocks proper circulation and increases the consumption of energy. Leave space around the food to allow proper air circulation.

    TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Solution Make sure that the plug is in all the way into the wall socket. Make sure that the thermostat knob is not set to 0 or off. Freezer is not getting any power (no hum, etc.) Check that the fuse hasn’t blown, or that a household fuse or circuit breaker hasn’t tripped.
