The Sewha SI 410 scale may not zero out with 400 kg on it because the weighing system has a maximum capacity limit. If the load exceeds 20% of the capacity before turning on the power, the display may show "Un-Pass," and the scale will not function correctly. The manual suggests removing excess weight before powering on and using the F-function 102 to reset the empty value. If the scale is overloaded, it will not zero out properly.
