* Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts or other fasteners, missing parts or sharp edges before and
after assembly and frequently during use. Securely tighten loose bolts and other fasteners. DO NOT use changing table if any
parts are missing, damaged or broken. Contact Bratt Decor, Inc. for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed.

* This product is not intended to be used as a changing table without a standard 16" x 32" x 1" changing pad. Use of this product
without this may result in death or serious injury to your child from falling. Follow all instructions on attaching and using the standard
16" x 32" x 1" changing pad.
* Please use a standard 16" x 32" x 1" changing pad.
Once a week inspect the changing table for any damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges.
Securely tighten and maintain all loose bolts and fasterners. Discontinue using the crib if any parts are missing or broken,
cleaning: if changing table is dirty, wipe with a cloth dampened with warm water. Do not use solvents.
