Accessories
WARNING: The steel tips can be damaged on hard surfaces – use rubber tips.
Do not bend the poles more than 15°, they can break or be damaged.
This is not a toy – do not allow children to use this product.
Ergonomic grip
The ergonomic grip is designed to give the wrist the best possible position and provide improved shock
absorption since the hand is held closed during the entire movement.
Shock absorption (optional)
There is a spring system between the upper and middle section for shock absorption. The shock
absorption only works properly when both the upper section and middle section are extended. It will not
work if only the lower section is extended
Stop markings
The lower section and middle section have explicit stop markings. Do not pull the sections past these
markings, this could damage the adjustment mechanism.
Lock system
You can easily adjust the length of the sections to your body and the terrain. Turn the sections
anticlockwise to release them and pull out/push in the middle section and lower section to the required
length. Turn the sections clockwise to lock. The markings on the sections show how they should be
turned. The height markings on the middle section are only correct when the lower section is extended to
the stop marking.
