2.1 INSTALLATION OF THE APPLIANCE............After making sure the appliance is intact, place it in position so that it is stable and there is adequate operating space around it. Attention! To avoid accidents, keep all packing materials (cardboard, plastic bags, metal items, etc) away from children. Important! Install the appliance on a flat non- flammable surface, away from flammable walls and they must be 200mm away from the wall from the 3...

Three phases power supply (Model F80E4/F80E6/E4/E6) 400V 3N AC Connect the phases to L1, L2 & L3 Connect the neutral to N1 or N2. Connect the earth thermal. The same wiring diagram can be found next to the power supply terminal board.

2.3 REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRICAL ELEMENTS........… To replace heating element at the top of the oven remove the right- hand cover of the appliance. Release the wires and remove the heating element holding screws inside the chamber. For the lower heating element of the oven remove the bottom cover of the appliance.

3.1 TURNING ON THE APPLIANCE ..............After making sure the appliance has been correctly connected to electricity, you can start using it. Function Oven Depending on the heating requirement of the oven from F80-E4 & F80- E6 models select the upper or the lower heating element and set the equivalent thermostat (0-300°C) to the right.

Method to confirm the causes 1) Operating test with multimeter. 2) Optical test 3) Functional test. 3.3 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.............. Turn off the appliance before any cleaning or maintenance procedures. Let the appliance cool and make sure it has been unplugged from the main supply.
