Guida in plastica Per il corretto montaggio delle schedine opzionali e' necessario seguire alcune fasi essenziali. Dopo aver tolto il coperchio del MACROPLUS cercare il luogo Innesto plastico rapido esatto in cui deve essere inserita la schedina opzionale in questione. -

-SELEZIONE 1a/2a SCHEDA- SPIEGAZIONE Il PIN STRIP (indicato con j7 sul circuito stampato) e' un selezionatore a tre terminali situato sulle schede di interfaccia (LARGE, SMALL ESPANDIBILE SMALL OSIZIONE OSIZIONE ESPANDIBILE). Nella figura a lato sono riportate le due diverse possibilita' di selezione del PIN STRIP . -

Attenersi scrupolosamente ai consigli riportati alle pagine 4 e 5 per l' installazione delle sonde. -

IEC 801. Macroplus e interfaccia sono sottoposti al piu' moderno sistema di collaudo computerizzato: il "test in circuit". Qui si controllano, nel campo di tolleranza previsto, tutti i componenti elettronici. -

-COSA FARE SE ...- Led di "power on" spento, "Lcd" spento, altri led spenti: Verificare : che sia presente la tensione di rete. che al secondario del trasformatore di tensione di alimentazione (220 - 24 Vac) vi siano i 24 Vac richiesti. il corretto inserimento del connettore di alimentazione a 24 Vac. - Page 15 15 14,68 6,94 Allarme di eeprom guasta: Contattare l'assistenza Il Macroplus si spegne e si riaccende ripetutamente come se per qualche secondo mancasse l'alimentazione (funzionamento watch dog) o attiva casualmente delle uscite (digitali e/o analogiche): Verificare : le connessioni tra interfacce e controllo (vedi pagg. 2 e 4).
- Page 16 RS232 (cod. MNEWRS232C) se presente. che il numero di telefono programmato sul Macroplus sia quello corrispondente a quello del computer di supervisione nel caso si utilizzi la scheda cod. MNEWRS232C. Le connessioni varie locali (es. PC o Stampante) non funzionano: Verificare: che l' alimentazione G0 del controller non sia connessa a terra.

(ELECRICAL CONNECTIONS) - Description of the system The maximum expansion of the system includes one MACROPLUS controller connected to two LARGE expansion boards and two ADDITIONAL boards (available with screw or plug-in terminals). All boards are powered with 24 V a.c. -

5) If the instrument is network-connected into a supervisory system via RS422, place a transformer 24V/24V between the controller and the board to ensure the galvanic insulation of the controller. Use Carel transformer (24V, 24V, 20VA code 0907651AXX) that is supplied with the serial interface board (code MNEWRS4220). -

All tests have been carried out simulating real situations as indicated by IEC 801 standards. Macroplus and its interfaces undergo "test in circuit", the most modern form of computerized test where all electronic components are controlled. Also a "Burn-in" procedure for 72 hours at 60 °C is meant to reduce the amount of possible faulty components. -

- FAULT FINDING The led indicator 'power ON' is off, ' LCD display' off, other led indicators are off. Verify mains supply. that power supply before the transformer (220 - 24 VAC) is 24 Va.c.. that the 24 VAC power supply lead is correctly connected.
