    Connect the clear twist lock (Supply Line) to the cartridge and secure it by twisting the lock until hand tight. To prevent the lock from breaking, do not overtighten the twist lock. Snap tubing connector onto the Syndeo Device. Press metal tab on the device to allow for connection. This connects both tubes to the Syndeo device.
  • Page 13 Press and hold each manifold button as you insert each bottle into the manifold, and then release the button. The Syndeo system solution bottle controls are located on the bottom of the screen within the treatment steps. The Syndeo system automatically selects and deselects the recommended solution bottle based on the respective treatment step.
  • Page 14 The Syndeo system will boot up and the Start Up Screen will appear. Sleep Mode The Syndeo system enters sleep mode after one hour of idle time (time since last touching of the touchscreen). Idle time can be adjusted in Settings.

    The touchscreen has been preset for optimal performance with the HydraFacial program. Thus, you cannot and will not need to adjust the monitor. Access each page by lightly tapping the buttons displayed with your fingertip, not fingernail. If the touchscreen does not respond, verify that you have actually pressed on the button and did not miss it.

Treatment Step Navigation • Navigate to the next step in a treatment: Wave your hand from right to left above one of the sensors.

    Follow the prompts to scan a client’s QR code. The QR code can be found in the profile section of the client’s HydraFacial Nation app. The client’s information will be displayed. Select Treatments to view treatment history. Select a treatment from the list.
  • Page 19 HYDRAFACIAL Syndeo User Guide ™ Prepare for the treatment on the Your Treatment Overview Screen. You can edit the personalization options and treatment directly by selecting the respective options. Select Confirm Treatment when you are ready to begin the treatment.

    HYDRAFACIAL Syndeo User Guide ™ Handpiece Cleaning The HydraFacial handpiece tubing chambers must be cleaned and disinfected using the cleaning brush. ™ On the screen, select Menu. Then, select Handpiece Rinse from the System Rinses. Open the control valve on the handpiece.

    On the screen, select Menu. Then, select Handpiece Rinse from the System Rinses. Remove solution bottles from the manifold. Disconnect the handpiece tubing from the Syndeo system Place a towel under the serum straws to capture liquid. Select Continue To Air Clean on the screen.

    Empty bottle Make sure your skin solution bottle is not empty. Make sure that your HydraFacial handpiece is properly connected to the side of the Improper connection skin solution station block, and to the waste canister. Also, make sure that the lid is firmly attached to the waste canister.
