- Page 4 4. Pour popcorn kernels into the popping chamber. Fill Important: Never fill the popping Line chamber past the fill line as this could result in overheating, smoking, scorched corn, and may cause the unit to shut off. NOTE: Popcorn Popper will shut off automatically to prevent over- heating. DO NOT put oil, butter, salt, or anything other than popcorn into the chamber.

Note: The popper will be hot after popping cycle. If you have melted butter in a butter spoon, use hot pads or oven mitts to handle hot appliances.
