Never exceed the limits of a piece of machinery. If its ability to do a job, or to do so safely, is in question DON’T TRY IT. Clear working area of stones, branches or hidden obstacles that might be hooked or snagged, causing injury or damage.

Only use genuine parts for service and maintenance. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit should be kept readily accessible while performing maintenance on this equipment. Periodically tighten all bolts, nuts and screws and check that all pins are properly installed to ensure unit is in a safe condition.

• Repair or replace the side skirts back to their original size and shape. Replace damaged or broken protective devices. The oil should be drained out and replaced after the first 50 hours of operation, then the oil should be changed every 250 hours, or at least once a year.
