performance from your speakers please read these installation instructions thoroughly as
there are many factors that influence the performance of your speakers. If you have any

SETUP IN BRIEF
The following setup procedure will help you gain the best
performance from your in-ceiling speaker:

Remove your speaker from the packaging
2. Introduction
Learn about the IC-30, IC-32 and IC-35S
3. Before you begin
Determine a suitable location for your speakers
4. Installation
Cut mounting hole, connect cabling and install speaker
5. Listen and enjoy
Listen to your favourite music/movies and enjoy

INTRODUCTION
Introduction
The IC-30 and IC-32 are in-ceiling loudspeakers
featuring fully sealed back-boxes to control and
maximise bass response, whilst keeping out
dust and other ceiling inhabitants.
The IC-32 employs an acoustically optimised
front baffle angled at 20 degrees, allowing its
sound output to be projected towards your
primary listening area.
The IC-30 employs a flat front baffle for uniform
sound coverage in all directions
The IC-35S features a stereo pair of inputs and
a slim semi-open back box, providing a stero

effect from a single source (figure 1).
Applications best suited to IC-30
The wide uniform coverage of the IC-30 makes
it the ideal choice for 2 channel stereo and
background music applications. Its uniform
coverage is ideally suited to any applications
where the listening area is not confined to a
specific part of the room. For example, hallways,
dining rooms, office spaces, bedrooms and
multipurpose rooms (figure 2).
Applications best suited to IC-32
The ability of the IC-32 to project sound toward
your primary listening area makes it ideally
IC-32
suited to home cinema applications (figure 3).
Dialogue will become more articulate, music
will have better definition and surround effects
will become more involving and realistic. The
IC-32's ability to direct more sound towards
the listener results in less sound reflecting
off walls and other surfaces in the room,
creating a clearer, more three dimensional
soundstage. The IC-32 may also be useful
for background music applications where
the speaker must be placed near a side wall
for aesthetic or structural reasons. In this
application the IC-32 can be used to project
the sound towards the centre of the room.
Applications best suited to IC-35S
The IC-35S is perfect in small rooms where there

is difficulty fitting a stereo pair of loudspeakers
(figure 4). It can also be used where there is
limited ceiling height.
If desired, two IC-35S loudspeakers may be
wired together in parallel, or a single IC-35S
may have both inputs wired in parallel from a
single output.
