Vorwort Diese Montageanleitung hilft Ihnen beim bestimmungsgemäßen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Gebrauch des TA 50. Diese Baugruppe wird im Folgenden kurz Gerät genannt. Diese Anleitung wendet sich an jede Person, die dieses Gerät in Betrieb nimmt, betreibt, bedient, wartet, reinigt oder entsorgt. Die Anleitung richtet sich insbesondere an Kundendienst-Monteure, ausgebildetes Fachpersonal und das qualifizierte und autorisierte Betriebspersonal. -

Foreword These Installation Instructions will help you to use the TA 50 correctly, safely and cost efficiently. Below, this assembly is referred to simply as equipment. These Instructions are intended for all persons bringing this equipment into service, and operating, using, servicing, cleaning or disposing of the equipment. -

TA10_06.eps Function The TA 50 programme-controlled blowdown system consists of an electronic cycling timer 1 and an assembly comprising a connector 2, strainer 3, reducer 4 and 3/2-way solenoid valve 5. The PRS 50 cycling timer generates a control pulse that operates the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve allows in compressed air or pressurised water, which opens the intermittent blowdown valve. -

Care must be taken with continuous operation, because the water level in the boiler may fall considerably, causing the water level limiter to switch off the heating. Press and then turn the push-button on the solenoid valve (continuous operation). ■ TA 50 - 809180-00... -

During maintenance work on the intermittent blowdown valve or pipe, a blowdown pulse can be triggered inadvertently.
