Caution - Risk of Fire
1. This transformer is rated for 120V 60hz input/ MAX
50W 12V output. Do not exceed this rating or the
wattage listed on the luminaire at any time.
2. This adapter is only intended for use with Alfa or
Juno brand lighting fixtures equipped with a "Quick
Jack" connector that are UL listed or ETL certified
for US or Canada. Use of any other lighting fixtures
can cause a safety hazard.
3. Part numbers T537QJ LED are only for use on
JUNO R, T, TU, or V series trac lighting systems.
Warning - To reduce the risk of Fire or Injury
1. Turn off electrical power and allow luminaire &
lamp to cool before servicing, replacing lamp,
adjusting position, and/or modifying the lighting
system in any way.
2. Make sure Quick Jack connection is tight to reduce
the risk of overheating.
3. Do not install any luminaire connected to this
adapter closer than 6" (15.25cm) from any curtain,
or similar combustible materials.
4. Do not install any portion of the lighting system
where bare exposed conductors can be shorted or
contact any conductive materials.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Low Voltage Quick Jack Transformers when
using Quick Jack fixtures or pendants. For
Use With Juno T, TU, R or V Trac.

Installation of Transformer/Fixture into Juno Trac:

1. Transformer Adapter switch should be in the
"Off" (to right) position (Figure A).
2. Insert Transformer Adapter contacts into trac
channel (Figure B) and rotate Transformer
Adapter 90º so that the arrows on Transformer
Adapter latch point to the polarity line on the
trac (Figure C). Latch pulls down to clear trac
and "snaps" into trac section, locking complete
assembly into position.
3. Quick Jack fixtures insert into transformer
adapter and tighten clockwise (Figure F).
4. Do not aim fixtures directly at any surface that
is less than 6˝ away from the lamp.
5. Power to trac can now be connected and
switch can be put in "On" (to left) position.
6. For Two Circuit Trac:
To install Transformer Adapter on the first
(lower) circuit, follow steps 1,2 and 3. To install
Transformer Adapter on second (upper) circuit
insert a thin screwdriver under the transformer
contact marked "P" and pull up (Figure D).
Insert plastic contact support (Figure E) sup-
plied with two circuit trac section by tipping
and positioning under "P" contact. Install com-
plete assembly into trac section following steps
1, 2 and 3.
