GORENJE DP7C DRYING PROCESS – QUICK REFERENCE STEP BY STEP (1-6)

STEP 1: READ THE LABELS ON THE LAUNDRY

• *See Pg. 4 for laundry labels.
STEP 2: PREPARING THE DRYING PROCESS
• Press the (1) ON/OFF/RESET BUTTON to turn the drying machine on, off, and reset the program.
STEP 3: CHOOSING THE WASHING PROGRAM
Choose the program by rotating the (2) PROGRAM SELECTOR KNOB to the left or to the right. (SEE PROGRAM
TABLE Pg. 3).

STEP 4: CHOOSING THE DRYING MODE AND EXTRA FUNCTIONS

Adjust the settings by pressing the relevant function button (before pressing the (3) START/PAUSE BUTTON).
Functions that can be changed or adjusted with the selected drying programs are partly lit (dimmed).
Certain settings cannot be selected with some programs. Such settings will not be lit, and the button will flash
when pressed (SEE FUNCTION TABLE Pg. 4)

DRYING MODES
– (4)
EXTRA DRY (4a)
Press on the (4a) EXTRA DRY position to adjust the dryness level – the dryer the laundry, the longer the drying
cycle. This setting can be adjusted before the start of the drying process.
The signal light will light up to confirm the selection of the relevant extra function.
GENTLE CARE (LOWER TEMPERATURE) – (4b)
For delicate laundry. The lower temperature depends on the program for which the function was selected. This
setting can be adjusted for the start of the drying process.
The signal light will light up to confirm the selection of the relevant extra function.

START DELAY - (5)

Desired time when the drying program should start can be set in advance, which allows for more flexibility.
Press the position (5) START DELAY to choose between 2h, 4h, 6h, and 8h (5a) Start Delay.
The selected time is displayed when you press the (3) START/PAUSE Button.
When the set delay time expires, the selected drying program will start automatically.
To deactivate the Start Delay, press the position (5) START DELAY and hold for 3 seconds.

ANTI-CREASE

If you do not intend or cannot remove the laundry from the dryer immediately after the completion of the drying cycle, we
recommend using the (8) ANTI CREASE function, which has to be selected before the start of the drying process.
Press on the position (8) ANTI CREASE to choose between 1h, and 2h (8a).
Once you open the door after the completion of the drying program, the function is automatically deactivated.
CHILD LOCK – (4) + (8)
To activate or deactivate the child lock, press the positions (4) MODE (DRYING MODE) and (8) ANTI CREASE simultaneously
and hold them for at least 3 seconds until the symbol
If the child lock is activated, the program or additional functions cannot be changed.
The child lock remains active after the dryer is switched off. Therefore, it must be deactivated before a new program can be
selected.
It can also be switched off during the drying process.

STEP 5: STARTING THE DRYING PROGRAM

To Start a drying program, Press the button (3) START/PAUSE.

STEP 6: END OF THE DRYING PROGRAM

At the end of the drying program, a red indicator light will light up, and the (3) START/PAUSE Button light and ANTI CREASE
(8a) time indicator, if activated or selected, will flash.

Interrupting the program process
Press the (3) START/PAUSE button to pause/resume a program.
To stop and cancel the drying program, press the (3) START/PAUSE button and hold it for 3 seconds. The selected program
will stop, and the dryer will start to cool down. Cooling down time depends on the selected program.
Changing the program/functions
Switch off the dryer by pressing the button (1) ON/OFF: then, switch it on again by pressing (1) ON/OFF and rotate the (2)
program selector knob to the desired program or choose extra functions.
Select another program/function and press the (3) START/PAUSE button again.
Adding laundry after the start of the program,
Open the door and press the (3) START/PAUSE button. Insert the laundry and press the button (3) START/PAUSE.
*Some functions are not available and cannot be selected with certain programs: an acoustic signal and a flashing light will
indicate such cases (SEE EXTRA FUNCTION TABLE – Pg. 4)
*After
(7) lights up or goes off, respectively.
