In case the needle tip gets worn out the needle can rip a bit from the sample vials rubber cap and can get clogged. Use the Norma UNF tool (not included) to manipulate the sampling needle To access the piercing needle, the closed wash head must be pushed away from the needle.

Perform both using the Norma-iOptiClean and Norma-iHClean cleaning solutions.
