• Check the sensors for any foreign substances and clean them if
necessary.
• If you have followed all the solutions presented in this section and
the cleanliness colour indicator lights up in red for a long time, it
might be a problem with the sensor. Contact a Samsung Service
Centre.
• When the product is used in a place where a humidifier, an electric
pressure cooker, a sprayer, etc. is operating, the cleanliness may
be indicated as Poor.
• Set the fan speed to Auto. The fan speed does not change
automatically when it is set to Turbo, Low, Med, or High.
• The dust concentration may continue to be at the Good level in an
enclosed space.
