Installation 1. Install handlebars. A. Insert handlebar neck into front stem (Fig. 3). B. Adjust to desired height and center with front fork (Fig 4). Fig. 3 Fig. 4 NOTE: Do not raise above max height marking on neck (Fig. 4A). C.

D. Loosen handlebars and pivot (rotate up) to desired riding position (Fig. 6). Tighten with 6mm hex. Loosen Fig. 6 2. Install seat. A. Flip quick lock open (Fig. 7A) to allow the seat post to be inserted into the frame. Fig.

B. Insert seat into the seat post (Fig. 8). C. Flip quick lock to secure seat (Fig. 8A). NOTE: As seat is positioned, do not adjust outside of the range of the alignment marks. Fig. 8 3. For the next steps, it will be necessary to carefully maneuver eBike so the handlebars and seat are on the ground supporting the bike.

4. Install mudguard. NOTE: Nuts and bolts are installed in the frame for the mudguard. A. Use two (2) 10mm wrenches Fig. 9 to loosen nut from bolt. Remove nut, leaving the bolt and front reflector in place (Fig. 9). B.

5. Install front wheel. A. Place front wheel into fork, paying close attention to the position of the security washers into the designated retaining holes (Figures 12 and 13). B. Verify front wheel security washers are in proper position (Fig. 12A). Fig.
