CLEANUP AND MAINTENANCE Before first use and after every use, clean each part thoroughly. Once you have finished cooking, unplug the power cord and allow the appliance for at least 30 minutes before handling. The cooking plates can be washed by hand. Do not use metallic objects such as knives when cleaning.
