GENERAL DESCRIPTION & SAFETY Product Description 20-Ton Air/Hydraulic Bottle Jack is designed for commercial use with a lifting range of 10 1/8” to 19 7/8” including extension screw. Its fully welded cylinder and frame provide superior strength and an extended service life. Additionally, it features a heavy-duty aluminum air motor, overload and bypass device, quick-connect feature, cast steel handle socket and linkage, and heavy-duty return springs for faster and controlled retraction. -

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING! Ensure that you read, understand and apply the safety instructions and warnings before use. WARNING! Ensure that you have familiarized yourself thoroughly with the product and the hazards associated with its improper use. 1. Before first use of this product, pour a teaspoon of good quality air tool lubricant into the hose quick coupler-male of the air quick coupler-female, then connect it to air source and turn on the air valve and work for 3 seconds to evenly distribute lubricant. -

MAINTENANCE 1. Clean the outside of the jack with a dry, clean, soft cloth and periodically lubricate the joints, extension screw and all moving parts with a light oil as needed. 2. When not in use, store the jack in a dry location with ram and extension screw fully lowered. 3. -
