Camcorder Options

There are several settings associated with the full-color digital
camcorder. These settings allow you to customize how the
camcorder operates when taking videos.
To set a camcorder option:
1. Start the camera. For more information, see "Camcorder" on
page 111.
2. Press the right softkey
3. Press the number key corresponding to the desired option.
Movie Light: Allows you to set the movie light to Off, On This
Movie, or Always On. To get the best picture quality, do not
move the phone when the light is on.
Self-Timer: Allows you to configure a timer for Off, 5 Seconds
or 10 Seconds.
Color Tones: Allows you to select between several different
color tones by pressing the navigation key left or right. When
you find the desired tone, press
Controls: Allows you to set the Brightness and White Balance
for your videos.
Brightness: Allows you to set the brightness level. Press the
navigation key left or right to increase or decrease the
desired brightness.
White Balance: Allows you to set up the white balance of
the camcorder automatically or manually using the different
preset modes. The modes available are:
Auto: Automatically adjusts the lighting.
Sunny: Decreases the light sensitivity for taking videos in
full or mostly sunny conditions.
