9. Place the trays and basket into the machine.
10. Fixe the pump assembly to its lateral slot, then connect the sieve to its designated spot.
11. Connect the machine to an earthed power supply (240 V, 50 Hz). After that, fill in the correct
quantity of liquid.

Warning!
The pump of the parts washer can be damaged in case you use other solvents than
those stated above, e.g., methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), tetrachloroethene, or trichloroethylene.
Attention!
Do not use any nitro-cellulose combination thinner!

Troubleshooting

The only problem you might meet when using the parts washer is a reduced flow rate or missing flow of
cleaning agent through the flexible hose nozzle. The most probable reason is a foreign body inside the
flexible hose.
Solution
Check if the control lamp of the control box is lit.
Slightly touch the upper part of the motor housing with an isolated screwdriver. A slightly oscil-
lating magnetic pull indicates that the motor is supplied.
Disconnect the parts washer from the mains and pull out the plug. Then disconnect the flexible
hose from the discharge line to the pump.
Remove the front part of the pump housing. Clean the zone of the impeller by removing any
foreign body.
Re-assemble the parts washer in reversed order.
