ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SR-15/25
SEAT
RIGHT END FRAME
shown in the photographs. NOTE: BOTTOM LEG STRETCHER ends are cut at an angle as
the chair flairs outward toward the front; there is a FRONT and BOTTOM to the part. If
necessary, gently rock the BACK FRAME while pushing tenons into mortise holes until joints
fit snugly together.

STEP-II
Find the END FRAME with the stamped numbers
near the mortise holes and gently lay it down first.
Fit the BACK , BOTTOM LEG STRETCHER and
SEAT tenons into the end frame mortise holes as
STEP-III
Fit the remaining end frame mortise holes over and onto all exposed
tenons.
STEP-I
Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on
a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid
marring the wood.
NOTE: During assembly of the
furniture please match all joints with
the corresponding letters or numbers
stamped on the furniture.

  • Page 2 STEP-IV Drive all dowels into their respective holes as shown in the above pictures. All dowel holes will be marked and it is important that you are careful not to use the wrong dowel in the wrong hole. Do not force dowels further than they want to go; any excess can easily be sanded away.
