    1.2 GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION The Resqtec equipment is designed to provide safe operation. All users should read and be thoroughly familiar with the operating instructions and safety precautions stated in this manual. Operator safety depends on users being properly trained by the Authority having jurisdiction and using the equipment for its intended purposes only.

    • If couplers do not have auto lock mechanism on the product, rotate collar of female coupler to lock and prevent accidental release. • Unroll hose reels to their full extend.     USER MANUAL CUTTER G-SERIES 4.7 DISCONNECTING THE RESQTEC NEO1 COUPLER Rotate the NEO1 female coupler unlock ring in the direction of the arrow and pull backwards. Make sure the control handle of the tool is not engaged when disconnecting (neutral position).

    USER MANUAL CUTTER G-SERIES 4.8 CONNECTING THE RESQTEC STD COUPLER Check whether the pump relief valve is in its neutral/release pressure relief position (with exception of NEO1). NEVER TRY TO CONNECT THE COUPLERS IF THE PUMP IS SWITCHED TO OPERATION.

    Rotate the control handle rightwards to close the blades. Keep the handle rightwards. BEFORE STORING THE PRODUCT IT IS RECOMMENDED TO DEPRESSURIZE THE CYLINDER. TO DO THIS, OPEN THE BLADES TO THE POINT WHERE ONLY THE TIPS TOUCH EACH OTHER. RESQTEC USER MANUAL G-SERIES (DM065K09)

    Connect all components and test all functions. • All products should make at least two complete cycles. DO NOT TAKE UNNECESSARY RISK BY UTILIZING FAULTY HOSES.     Many years of safe use is guaranteed if the product is properly cared for and maintained. To this end the product must be inspected at least once a year. This must be carried out by a service technician trained by Resqtec who possesses the necessary tools and testing equipment.

For extending your warranty or information about the Resqtec service program, please contact your Resqtec distributor/supplier. WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IF THE REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, AS DESCRIBED IN THE USER MANUAL APPLICABLE ON THE USED TOOL(S), ARE UNDERSTOOD AND FOLLOWED, AND IF THE MAINTENANCE AS ADVISED IN THE USER MANUAL IS DONE BY AN AUTHORIZED RESQTEC TECHNICIAN.
