I have the CA-2890 USB speaker bar. The sound is really good if I **** listening to a video from a webpage. However, it is very, very low if I **** listening to a recording. any suggestions? I've had it for a couple of months and it's too late to return it.

To improve the sound volume of the Cyber Acoustics CA-2890BT speaker bar when listening to recordings, follow these steps:

1. Check Volume Levels – Ensure that the computer’s volume level is turned up.
2. Set as Default Device – Open sound settings, navigate to the "Recording" tab, right-click "Cyber Acoustics Speaker Bar (CA-2890BT)", select "Set as Default Device", and click OK.
3. Verify Green Check Mark – Ensure there is a green circle with a check mark next to the speaker bar in the sound settings.
4. Adjust Volume in Properties (Optional) – Click "Properties" for the speaker bar and adjust the volume settings.
5. Mute Settings – Make sure the mute button is not selected under both the "Input" and "Output" tabs in sound settings.

Following these steps should help improve the sound volume when listening to recordings.
