User Manual Operation Start Up Connect the right POWER SUPPLY according to the rating label on the machine. 2. Push or flip the MOTOR ON/OFF switch on, then the main meat-spit will rotate. 3. Flip the SWITCH on, the element will work. NOTE: 177VBE102M has (3) independently controlled elements. -
