Selecting a location

IMPORTANT!
• The humidifier is designed to operate between (5°C) and (40°C).
• Remove from box. Remove packaging material. Remove and
set aside instructions.
• Recycle box and packaging materials or save box for end of
season storage.
• Select a firm, level location at least 10cm 6 inches from any
walls and furniture for proper airflow. Place the humidifier on
a water resistant surface, as water can damage furniture and
some flooring.
IMPORTANT!
• DO NOT place Humidifier on top of a towel, or a carpeted surface. The fan vent on
the bottom may become blocked, and overheat the humidifier.
• DO NOT place the humidifier on a wood surface or near furniture that can be
damaged by too much moisture.
• CHECK FAN VENT: this fan vent is located at the bottom of the humidifier. The
purpose of the fan vent is to blow the cool mist throught the mist outlet slot. It is
important that this part is kept clean and free of obstructions. We recommend
checking the fan vent before using this item.
CAUTION:
• DO NOT operate the humidifier without water in the water tank.
• DO NOT plug in the cord with wet hands; electric shock could happen.
