To use the Rival 32041 Little Dipper Crock:
1. Prepare Ingredients: Place the desired ingredients into the crock. For example, for dips, you can combine items like cream cheese, whipping cream, and other ingredients as per your recipe.
2. Plug In the Crock: Connect the plug to a suitable AC outlet. Do not use an outlet that feels warm or where the plug fits loosely.
3. Heating: Cover the crock and allow it to heat. For melting ingredients like cheese, it may take 30 to 60 minutes. Stir occasionally if required.
4. Safety Precautions: - Use a heat-resistant pad or trivet under the crock on surfaces like CorianĀ® to avoid damage. - Handle the crock carefully when it contains hot liquids, using the handles for safe movement.
5. Turn Off and Unplug: Once you're done, unplug the crock and let it cool before cleaning or storing.
Avoid modifying the plug or using the crock outdoors. Use it only for its intended purpose.
