Batteries slowly self- discharge when left unused for a long time. If battery cells are allowed to reach a critically low voltage, their lifespan and capacity will be permanently reduced.

    Your E-Bike is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material, workmanship, or shipping damages for a period of 14 Days. During the warranty period, and depending on circumstances, Electrified Mobile will repair, provide replacement parts, or replace your E-bike at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by water, neglect, or misuse of the product.
