CRUMB TRAY AND INTERIOR PARTS The removable crumb tray catches crumbs that drop from the bread as it is toasted. The Crumb Tray should be emptied regularly to avoid the build-up of crumbs that could catch fire. To remove crumbs, first lightly tap the sides of the toaster to dislodge any crumbs caught in the toasting chamber.
STORAGE Unplug the toaster from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before storing. Never wrap the cord around the outside of the toaster. Use the cord storage on the underside of the toaster. Follow the directions for cleaning and store in an upright position on a flat surface on a benchtop or in an accessible cupboard.
