Common Errors
The tablet doesn't
seem to work.
The tablet powers off
on its own.

Restart the tablet by powering it off and on
normally.
Remove the battery, place it again and power on
the tablet.
Delete apps you are not using to free up memory.
Use a file cleanup app to free up space.
Verify that the tablet screen locks when you are
not using it and that the Power button is not
accidentally pressed.
Check the battery charge level and recharge it if
necessary.

Check that the battery is properly positioned and
that the contacts are clean and in good
condition. Place the battery before connecting
the charger.
Check the battery charge level. A fully
discharged battery can take up to 20 minutes to
charge before you can turn on the tablet.
Charge the tablet in a relatively dry environment
at a temperature between 0°C and 40°C.
Check that the charger is plugged into an
appropriate voltage plug, especially if you are
traveling abroad.
