US Nokia One (1) Year Limited Warranty - Nokia Thermo
Withings (Part of Nokia), 2 rue Maurice Hartmann, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France ("Nokia")
warrants the Nokia-branded hardware product ("Nokia Product") against defects in materials
and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Nokia' published guidelines for a period
of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty
Period"). Nokia' published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained
in technical specifications, safety instructions or quick start guide. Nokia does not warrant that
the operation of the Nokia Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nokia is not responsible
for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Nokia Product's use.

jwaart de hardware van het merk Nokia («Nokia-product») tegen gebreken van materialen en pro-
ductie gedurende een periode van EEN (1) JAAR vanaf de oorspronkelijke aankoop door de koper
en eindgebruiker («garantieperiode»), onder voorwaarde dat het op normale wijze wordt gebruikt
in overeenstemming met Nokia's gepubliceerde Richtlijnen. Nokia 'gepubliceerde richtlijnen omvat,
maar is niet beperkt tot, informatie opgenomen in de beschrijving van technische eigenschappen,
veiligheidsinstructies of de snelstartgids. Nokia garandeert niet het Nokia-product ononderbroken
of foutloos functioneert. Nokia is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit de niet-naleving

oferece garantia do produto de hardware da marca Nokia («Produto Nokia») contra defeitos
em materiais e mão de obra, quando utilizado em conformidade com as diretrizes publicadas
da Nokia por um período de UM (1) ANO a partir da compra original pelo comprador e utilizador
final («Período de Garantia»). As diretrizes publicadas da Nokia incluem, nomeadamente,
informação contida nas especificações técnicas, instruções de segurança ou no guia de
iniciação rápida. A Nokia não garante que o funcionamento do Produto Nokia ocorrerá sem
interrupções e sem erros. A Nokia não se responsabiliza por danos decorrentes do não
cumprimento das instruções relativas à utilização do Produto Nokia.
