Cleaning & Lubrication
Use a brush and shop vacuum to remove debris
from the roller die surfaces. Never blow off the
Model T32961 with compressed air, as this could
force metal burrs deep into the mechanisms and
airborne metal fragments may cause injury to
yourself or bystanders.

Roller Dies & Machine Surfaces
Lube Type ...............SB1365 or ISO 68 Equivalent
Lube Amount .........................................Thin Coat
Lubrication Frequency .............................. .Weekly
Remove any rust build-up from unpainted steel
surfaces with mineral spirits and treat with regular
applications of South Bend SB1365 Way Oil or
ISO 68 equivalent.
Leadscrew
Lube Type .............. T26419 or NLGI#2 Equivalent
Lube Amount .........................................Thin Coat
Lubrication Frequency ..............................Monthly
Clean leadscrew with a brush and mineral spirits
to remove grime and old lubrication. Use a clean
brush to wipe leadscrew threads with Primrose
T26419 Syn-O-Gen High Speed Bearing Grease
or NLGI#2 equivalent, then rotate leadscrew
several times over full range of travel to spread
lubricant and ensure smooth movement.
