    Page 1 Warranty Axon Corporation (Seller) warrants its machines to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of shipment. Any part, which proves to be defective during normal use and service, will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part, free of shipping charges.

    Please refer to this manual for information regarding spare parts. If CAUTION there is any doubt, please call Axon Corporation. Good Housekeeping is a good safety practice and aids in improving machine efficiency. Keep the machine and area around the machine clean at all times.

    Locate the box containing the EZ-Seal Heat Shrink Tunnel near its final location if space permits to minimize the amount of handling required. The EZ-Seal machine is heavy. Follow safe lifting procedures when handling the tunnel.

Temperature Controller (1128) – The temperature controller monitors a thermocouple and controls power to the heater elements to maintain the set temperature.

    AXON CORPORATION – EZ-SEAL August 21, 2001 Page 8 EZ-SEAL HEAT SHRINK TUNNEL SEQUENCE OF OPERATION Prior to operating the tunnel perform a visual inspection of the exterior and heating portion of the tunnel. Check for loose bands which may be blocking air flow. If any problems are noted do not operate the tunnel until it has be inspected/repaired by qualified personnel.

    AXON CORPORATION – EZ-SEAL August 21, 2001 Page B1 TROUBLESHOOTING Tunnel Does Not Reach Desired Temperature: Check that the appropriate voltage is being supplied to the tunnel. Check the distance between the tunnel and conveyor. Should this distance be more than 3” and the ambient room temperature is below 65 degrees Fahrenheit, baffles may be needed to contain the hot air and reduce the amount of ambient room temperature air from being drawn into the tunnel.
