    3 - DISASSEMBLING BOILER SIDES Live electrical parts: only power the product once it has been fully assembled. Before beginning to install the trolley, you must decide whether you wish to install it to the left or to the right of the structure. In any case, for safety and to work well, remove both sides of the Performa boiler.

  • Page 14 3 - DISASSEMBLING BOILER SIDES REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL TO INSERT THE TROLLEY The right side panel “D” consists of two parts - “D1” and “D2”. The parts “D1” and “D2” can be separated to allow the trolley “A” to be assembled.

    4 - TROLLEY KIT ASSEMBLY Remove the covers “3” on the structure; two on the right side, two on the left side and 2 on the inside. Attention!! The supplied gaskets “O” have a knockout to be able to remove the central part based on the position in which they are assembled.

  • Page 26 4 - TROLLEY KIT ASSEMBLY LOWER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY On the trolley side, position the right cylinder “H” of the lower auger with the corresponding gasket “O” and secure it with the three nuts “M”. After having installed the auger and inserted the cylinder, loosen the screw “F3” and bring the element “F2” to the end stop on the end part of the cylinder.

  • Page 28 4 - TROLLEY KIT ASSEMBLY Take the two pinions “T” and insert them on the ends of augers “G” and “F” and secure them with the screws “U” (to the left of the boilers). At this point, take the gear motor “P” and assemble it, inserting the pinion “T”.

At this point, the gear motor “P” can be secured to the boiler.
