Congratulations on your purchase of the Aeroflow Performance Engine Support Bar. Aeroflow Performance products cannot and
will not be responsible for any damage, or other conditions resulting from misapplication of the parts described herein.

The Aeroflow Performance Engine Support Bar allows you to hold your engine and transmission in place while you remove your
sub-frame or engine mounts for repairs without removing the engine from the vehicle. It features dual hook assemblies for
increased load balance when working on heavy engines or when removing the transmission or transaxle. This engine support bar
comes with adjustable extension arms, adjustable height set screws and neoprene support pads which prevents slippage as well
as damage to paint. Each engine support bar is adjustable to accommodate most vehicles on the market and a each is supplied
short length of chain.
Load Rated to 500kg (1102lbs)
Adjustable from 750mm (29-33/64") to 1450mm (57-5/64").

  • Page 2 DO NOT exceed the maximum capacity of 1102lb (500kg) Consult vehicle owner’s manual for safety precautions, engine weight, and location of support areas on engine. Be sure vehicle is on a solid, level ground such as a paved/concrete driveway/garage floor. Uneven or sloped surfaces create hazardous working conditions and can dangerously impeded the function of the support bar.

  • Page 4 Tools Required: Assembly First insert the standing block (C) making sure to go in sideways through the support beam (E). Secure with a small washer (F) and wing screw (G). Attach the standing bracket (A) and rubber cushion feet (M). Then attach to the standing block(C). Making sure to pass through the support beam (E) from the underside, pass through the support screw (K).
  • Page 5 Slowly and evenly release the support bar until the engine is holding its own weight. Take off the support chains (L) and remove the support bar assembly, inspect all parts then store away.
