    IMPORTANT: • Measure your blood pressure at the same time and under the same conditions every day if possible. The ideal time to measure your blood pressure is in the morning immediately after waking up, while you are still relatively calm. If this is not possible, try to take your blood pressure prior to breakfast, before you become active.
