They are located in the areas of the machine where there are potential risks of accidents, and they feature pictograms intuitive enough to warn operators and persons against these risks.

W e have designed the hydraulic system to use standards elements with the highest possible quality in order to avoid problems retated to running and replacement of spare parts.

    H AR V E ST E R H YDR A U LI C S YST E M RT 65 P OIL TANK: The oil tank stands on the rear part of the machine. There is a tank level, one outlet towards the hydraulic circuit on the top part of the tank, one floodgate to open the tank when you have to do revisions and a cap to be removed when you have to fill in oil.

In this case, the secondary arms (radius) and fundamentally the driving arms have slided down and, as a result, the 2 driving arms cannot overlap.

Should the tractor move, the driving arms and/or the hydraulic cylinder that closes the pincer heads could force against the trunk and damage any of these two...

    H AR V E ST E R PI NC E R H E AD RT 65 P PINCER HEAD: There is no doubt that it is the main element of your harvester. It has to be in a good state and to work properly for many reasons, among which two of them are very important.

  • Page 52 H AR V E ST E R PI NC E R H E AD RT 65 P  Check that the main bolt is always well tight (see previous page’s photo).  Check that bushings are well tight and are not cracked. If they are, replace them by a new one.
  • Page 53 H AR V E ST E R PI NC E R H E AD RT 65 P The excentrical masses that are linked to the engines feature threaded holes on which you can fix additional sheets. If you need to have more extent in the vibrations, we recommend you to add first one sheet because if you put more sheets than you need, it will not benefit nor the harvester nor the trees.

    H AR V E ST E R P E EL ER RT 65 P PEELER: Your machine has a double peeler that features an external helicoidal grid and a central axle with rubber star pieces located to get the maximum efficiency. The peeler is placed on the right side (in the working sense), as you can see on the photo.
  • Page 56 H AR V E ST E R P E EL ER RT 65 P Once you have regulated the working speed of the peeler, tighten the counter-nut by lowering it down to the body of the electro - vavle. In this position, the knob cannot be moved and is fixed on the required p osition of working speed.

It is very important that these rubber star pieces are in a good state to get a good working efficiency from the peeler. There is no special guideline to replace them with regards of the number of working hours.

ATTENTION: the engine that runs the unloading endless screw can work up to a maximum of 691 rpm (rotations per minutes) in continuous, which means a maximum inflow of 61 l/m, at a pressure of 172 bar.
