Push the new lamp without slanting
into the fitting. Do not touch the
lamp with your fingers, use a tissue.
Fingerprints on the lamp should be
removed with a lint-free cloth and
denatured alcohol.
Re-attach the safety attachment (6)
with help of the markings and turn
the attachment anti-clockwise (fig.
N, O).
Important notes
Only use the light with parts desig-
ned for it. Use only rechargeables,
not regular (primary) batteries.
Make sure that
- the light is at least 0.5 m in beam
direction away from flammable
substances,
- both water and flammable sub-
stances and liquids are kept away
from the light,
- after lengthy operation the light
cools down before you touch the
light head or stow it away.
Avoid deep discharging of the batte-
ries.
The light must only be serviced by
qualified persons.

Maintenance and care
The light is maintenance-free. Make
sure that the safety screen (7) is free
of stains and dirt. If necessary remo-
ve these before start-up. Only clean
the light casing with a soft dry cloth.
On no account use petrol or other
cleaning agents and solvents.
Please remove the batteries, if the
light will not be used for a lengthy
period.
