• Caution: Take all precautions to avoid electric shock. Welding produces 20 to 100 volts. Even 50 volts is enough to stop a person’s heart. • Javelin Welding Cable Reels are insulated. Insure that they remain insulated by checking the insulators are in good condition and the cable insulation is not cracked.

Installation • 4 - M10 flathead socket mounting bolts are supplied to fit the mounting bracket. • You will need a 17mm wrench and 6mm hex key wrench. • Insure welding cable lug is shrink wrapped to insulate the lug stem from the reel (Refer to WCRAL Safety) M10 flat head socket mounting bolts...

Maintenance & Parts Available • Keep contacts clean. • Note: When operating in winter conditions where salt is used to deice roads we suggest cleaning contacts more often due to the corrosive action of the salt. • Replacement parts are available for WCRAL reels. Please refer to part list.
