- Page 2 Welding produces 20 to 100 volts. Even 50 volts is enough to stop a persons heart. • Javelin welding cable reels are insulated. Insure they remain insulated by checking that the insulators are in good condition and cable cover is not cracked.
- Page 3 Installation • 4 - M10 flathead socket mounting bolts are supplied. You will need a 17mm wrench and 6mm hex key wrench. • Mount WCR-2 and WCR1 with reel to the right of mounting post. Mount WCRLR as marked on reels. This will insure locking nut will tighten when turned rotating lock knob towards you.
