Overview
The OC1 advanced access control interface
provides an OSDP Secure communications
link to a compatible Third Millennium OSDP
reader.
Mounted close to the control panel, the OC1
provides a compatible Wiegand output to
allow the security of an access control system
to be upgraded cost effectively.
The integrated RGB LED provides a visual
indication of the state of the link between the
OC1 unit and the reader.

The OC1 is not an RFID card reader.
The unit, plus a Third Millennium OSDP reader, makes use of existing reader
cabling, which minimises installation cost and cosmetic damage, and will eliminate
the security vulnerability of the traditional Wiegand interface between an access
control reader, and the control panel.
