2. Position the base so that the holes are aligned with the pegs, and
push the pieces firmly together. (The grooves on the side piece and
the smooth surface of the base should both be facing in.) Use the
Allen wrench and 2 long screws to secure the side piece to the base.
3. Set the side panel next to a wall to hold it in place. Then, fit each
wire drying rack into a groove, making sure the racks face the
direction shown.
