Preliminary Checking When opening the package of this product, check that: § A plastic cover has been delivered with 2 gaskets and 2 metal positioners attached to the cover, as shown in figure 1. Upper metal positioner Fixing screws Gaskets Metal positioner Fixing screws Figure 1.

Installation Procedure Please refer to the drawing included in the Annex of this manual that describes the installation holes of the keypad and the optional cover CTP-A1. Mark the holes on the surface where the keypad and cover will be installed, according to the drawing of Annex I.

Attach the TP-A1-XXX keypad to the CTP-A1 cover and move slightly down the upper metal positioner until it interferes with the upper side of the keypad. Then fasten completely the 2 fixing screws, as shown in figure 4 below. Check that the keypad does not fall apart.

Fix the CTP-A1 cover, by using the 4 M4 screws (already placed in the cover). Tighten the cover carefully by using 4 M4 nuts and washers (not provided with the package), as shown in figure 6a below. Tighten the nuts until the gasket is completely compressed and can be hardly seen, as shown in figure 6b below. The screws provided are suitable for a panel door thickness up to 2 mm.
